Ko77 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ko77 platform. By registering on or using ko77, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be suspended or terminated and all bonuses forfeited. The same applies if multiple registrations are detected from the same IP address, device, or bank account.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information is a violation of the platform's Terms and may result in account termination.

• Your email address must be active and belong to you personally.
• Mobile number verification is required.
• Payment accounts must be registered in the user's own name.
• Your password must be strong and kept confidential.

3.1 Betting Limits

Every betting market on ko77 has set minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits may vary across different sports and events and are clearly displayed on the betting slip.

3.2 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is placed and a confirmation message is displayed, it is considered accepted. If a bet is not confirmed due to a technical issue, it will be deemed void. In the event of a duplicate bet caused by a network error, ko77 will cancel the second bet.

3.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are considered final. If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to internet latency, ko77 reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds or cancel it.

3.4 Parlay Betting

You can combine multiple betting selections into a parlay bet. All selections must be correct to win. If any single selection loses, the entire parlay bet is lost.

4.1 Deposit

Ko77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are usually instant, though in some cases may take up to 30 minutes.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the original deposit.

• Withdrawals may be held pending until KYC verification is complete.
• No new withdrawal request can be submitted while one is already being processed.
• Withdrawals will be placed under review if suspicious activity is detected.

4.3 Obligation to Use Your Own Account

All deposits and withdrawals must be made through payment accounts registered in your own name. Transactions via third-party accounts will be cancelled, and the account may be investigated on suspicion of money laundering.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings from bonuses are only withdrawable after meeting the required wagering amount. Wagering requirements are typically 20–30 times the bonus amount.

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited. Extension requests are generally not accepted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any abuse of the bonus system — such as claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using bots, or attempting to exploit the system — will result in all bonuses being forfeited and the account permanently suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ko77 platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination and legal action.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Any form of fraudulent activity, false identity, or use of misleading information.
• Bots & Automation: Using automated software, bots, or scripts for betting or gaming.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• System Hacking: Attempting to breach platform security or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Parlay Betting: Coordinated betting with the intent to manipulate odds collectively.
• Account Sale or Transfer: Selling, renting, or transferring your account to another person.
